The key is to establish a daily routine of brushing, flossing, and cleaning your implants and denture. While we generally recommend doing this twice a day, the two optimal times are before bedtime and in the morning. Cleaning your oral appliances and ensuring your mouth is free from food particles and bacteria before sleeping can help maintain oral health.
